1st Day
Breakfast
Black coffee or tea
1 grapefruit
1/2 table spoon peanut butter
1 slice toast.
Lunch
1/2 cup tuna or 3 sardines
1 slice toast coffee or tea
Dinner
2 slices any type of meat (about 3 ozs)
1 cup strings beans
1/2 cup beets
1 small apple
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream.
2nd Day
Breakfast
1 egg
1/2 banana
1 slice toast
coffee or tea
Lunch
1/2 cup cottage cheese
5 saltine crackers
coffee or tea
Dinner
2 frankfurters
1 cup broccoli
1 cup carrots
1/2 banana
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
3rd Day
Breakfast
1 hard boiled egg
1 slice toast
coffee or tea
Lunch
8 saltine crackers
1 slice cheddar cheese
1 small apple
coffee or tea
Dinner
1 cup tuna
1 cup beets
1 cup cauliflower
1/2 cantaloupe
1/2 vanilla ice cream
Loose 5 Pounds in 3 Days.

Where no quantity is given, there are not restrictions other than common sense.
This diet is to be used 3 days at a time. In 3 days, you will lose 5 pounds. After 3 days of dieting you can eat normal food, but do not over do it. After 4 days of normal eating, start back on the 3 days diet. Salt and pepper may be used.You are allowed diet soda on this diet.
