New Brunswick, Nova Scotia & Prince Edward Island

Ferry to Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. (Catch the “Cat” in Portland, Maine or Barharbour, Maine).

Yarmouth, drive up the east coast of NS. Very picturesque. Stop in Lunenburg, Chester and Mahone Bay (Its about a 3 hour drive from Yarmouth to Halifax)

The next beautiful area of NS is the ‘Cabot Trail’ in Cape Breton which is in the north east part of the province. Very hilly and looks allot like Scotland. Louisburg is the first fortification in North America which as built by the French.

PEI now that there is one of the world’s longest bridge.

You will probably want to stay on the Trans Canada Highway which takes you up to northern NB thru D'Edmundston and finally to the Quebec border.

The TCH will also bring you to Quebec City and Montreal.

The drive from Halifax to Toronto is approximately 18 hours non-stop, so doing it in at least 2 days is a must.
